The above mentioned prices are rated on monthly basis excluding all extra charges (for that there is a lump-sum for extra charges). The unlimited usage of the high speed Wi-Fi is free.
The minimum period of tenancy is at least 3 months. Shorter periods have to be applied. Start of tenancy is also possible during the month, depending on availability. The first month will be invoiced based on the days of rental. The last months will be invoiced on basis of a month as a whole.
When moving out a fix service rate of 150 EUR is to be paid.
It is possible to rent the entire apartment (instead of single rooms only). Invoicing for companies is guaranteed.
